The pre-digital era was time-consuming for the healthcare industry regarding patient-healthcare provider interaction. These would primarily happen over the phone or in person, which were highly effective methods; however, much time would be taken up in the busy lives of both patients and providers. And let’s not forget the time lapse in instances of urgency.
