CU Realty Service/ HomeAdvantage

Challenge

A project was designed and created to change the world of real estate, keeping in mind the needs of credit unions and their members. At the heart of the service is MLS integration. MLS integration was meticulously architected to ensure a smooth onboarding process for the new MLS. With 50 MLS already integrated, HomeAdvantage offers multiple property listings. With a beautifully created app, it allows members to access the service from any device, anywhere. More MLS will be integrated shortly.

Solution

This app helps connect prospective buyers and sellers and assists them with a seamless purchase. The core functions of the app are:
a. Connect consumer and agent in real-time
b. Display latest properties on sale and rent

Benefits

Our team explored several solutions and finalized on Meteor and DDP to achieve near real-time results. Proprietary agent finding logic was integrated to intelligently increase the search radius in case of unavailability of agents in the vicinity. This enabled the platform to send request notifications to the app users and update the request status instantaneously.
iOS and Android apps use Zillow APIs to display the latest properties on sale and rent.
Back Office reporting displays various parameters allowing system administrators to analyze data and monitor the system. Agents can view their showing stats on their dashboard.
